Your Relationship with SHĒE Clinique
SHĒE Clinique provides a technology platform that allows you to connect with healthcare providers affiliated with our partner organizations. While our platform offers access to valuable health and wellness resources, it does not replace the need for direct in-person medical care. The choice to pursue diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or both rests with you and your healthcare provider. By using our platform to consult with a healthcare provider, you acknowledge that you are not establishing a direct provider-patient relationship with SHĒE Clinique.

By accepting our Terms of Use, you consent to receive various communications from SHĒE Clinique and its affiliates, including disclosures, notices, messages, and reports. It is your responsibility to monitor these communications. Text and Email Communications
By opting to receive text (SMS) messages from SHĒE Clinique or sending us an initial text message, you agree to receive messages related to your account and our services. These messages may include order confirmations, shipping notifications, and updates from your healthcare provider, as well as promotional notifications if you have opted-in.
Please note that while we prioritize your privacy and the security of your information, text messages and emails are not encrypted and may be intercepted by third parties. If you choose to communicate sensitive information through text or email, you do so at your own risk. For any concerns about our email services or the security of your information, please contact us at support@sheeclinique.com.
Consultative Services
Healthcare providers using our platform may offer advice or treatment, but they may lack certain information typically obtained from an in-person examination. As a result, the provider’s diagnosis or treatment recommendations may be limited. We encourage you to provide all relevant information and discuss your options thoroughly with your provider. Additionally, some medications may require an in-person examination due to state laws. By using our services, you accept these limitations and the associated risks.
Site Content
Content provided through our platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Asynchronous Telemedicine Informed Consent
Thank you for choosing SHĒE Clinique! You are viewing this form because you have elected to engage in asynchronous telemedicine consultations with a licensed healthcare practitioner affiliated with SHĒE Clinique. Your healthcare provider is a board-certified healthcare practitioner licensed in your state. By clicking “I Agree,” YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS PRESENTED BELOW, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE RISKS AND BENEFITS OF ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMEDICINE, AND BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS YOU HEREBY GIVE YOUR INFORMED CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE IN ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMEDICINE UNDER THESE TERMS.
What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine involves the delivery of healthcare services—including consultations, diagnosis, and treatment—through electronic communication technologies when you (the patient) and your healthcare provider are in different locations. SHĒE Clinique offers you the convenience of receiving care without traveling to another location or dealing with lengthy appointment wait times, which you might experience with in-person visits.
What is Asynchronous Telemedicine?
Asynchronous telemedicine is a method of providing care that does not require you and your healthcare provider to interact in real time. This "store-and-forward" communication allows you to submit information, such as photos, videos, or other relevant details, at your convenience, while your healthcare provider reviews and responds at a later time. Unlike synchronous telemedicine (e.g., live phone calls or video conferencing), asynchronous telemedicine allows for flexibility in care delivery.
SHĒE Clinique offers the following asynchronous telemedicine services:
What are the Possible Risks of Asynchronous Telemedicine?
As with any form of medical treatment, there are potential risks involved with asynchronous telemedicine. While SHĒE Clinique believes these risks are minimal, it is important to be aware of them. Potential risks include:
